Please fill out the online registration form to secure a place for your child (children) at Fatiha Nursery. The form is simple and straight forward and only takes a few minutes to complete.

As soon as we receive your completed registration form, someone from Fatiha Nursery will be in contact with you and invite you for a viewing of the nursery.

N.B. if you have more than one child that you would like to register at our nursery, then please start a new form and submit accordingly.
